Sage is a 306-unit community in the heart of National Landing. Developed by LCOR, the decor and overall aesthetic create a relaxed yet energetic environment, thoughtfully designed with purpose and efficiency. As such, the identity features a streamlined graphic package, anchored by a spa-like wordmark and a typography-driven visual language system. Ample white space, rounded corners and thin rule lines give the brand an airy sensibility, which is complimented by an inviting palette of gray and beige tones, black and green – naturally. Lifestyle and product photography are full of life, but always casual.
