Reed Row in Adams Morgan is a 132-unit building developed by Kettler. Located within walking distance to three major neighborhoods, Reed Row offers a diverse mix of studio, onebedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes, blending minimalist design with thoughtful layouts. Named in honor of DC leader and activist, Marie Reed, the property is a unique community aligned with nearby historic surroundings, while at the same time providing an eclectic, urban sophistication reflective of Adams Morgan. The visual identity features a streamlined logotype, reinforcing the brand promise of “modern living aligned.” The three aligned bars within the logo represent the neighborhoods it serves – Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle and the 14/U St. corridor. These bars from the logo are utilized as containers for messaging and graphics in collateral, signage and digital applications. Colorized photography gives the brand look a creative, modern and stylized feel, and a custom map with icons was designed to showcase the property’s location and convenience.
