The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) is the place where the leaders of the apartment industry come together to guide their future success. D*MNGOOD was engaged to design the in-depth trends report, Disruption: How Demographics, Psychographics, and Technology are Bringing Multifamily to the Brink of a Design Revolution with visualizations of how the industry could respond to the coming waves of disruption. Our design features a clean layout, strong grid and dynamic scale that serve as the backbone for a series of charts and graphs illustrating eight major trends that will be game changers for apartments moving forward. It has been extremely well received by NMHC leadership and members. Additionally, over the last several years D*MNGOOD has designed reports, infographics, collateral, digital ads and brand identities for many of the council’s high-profile events, including OPTECH Conference & Expo, NMHC Annual Meeting, NMHC Student Housing Conference, NMHC/Kingsley Apartment Resident Preferences Report and the NMHC Student Housing Income and Expense Benchmarking Survey.
